Using the credential vault
Client portal logins out of unprotected Excel.
The vault stores each client’s statutory portal credentials — GST, income-tax, MCA, TRACES — with the portal name, user ID, password and the mobile/email used for OTP.
How it stays safe
- Values are masked by default and revealed only on demand.
- Access is role-restricted to people who work on that client.
- Every reveal is written to the audit log — you can always see who viewed what, and when.
