Questions firms actually ask

Where is my data, and can I get it out?

In India-region cloud infrastructure, encrypted at rest. Your data is yours: ask us and we hand back a full copy — clients, tasks, trails, registers. On account closure we return it, then delete it (DPDP Act 2023).

Is this really built for CA firms specifically?

Yes — ReturnDone is purpose-built for Indian Chartered Accountancy practices. The template pack, statutory deadlines, review workflow and Form 16 handling are all shaped around how CA offices actually work, not a generic to-do tool.

What happens when a government deadline is extended?

Edit the due-date rule on that template and the next generated period follows the new date, with your internal target the same number of days ahead of it. Tasks already open keep their dates and their trail, so nothing is rewritten behind you.

How much can we store?

Every band includes storage for your firm’s documents — the figure for each band is in the table above, and your Billing page shows what you have used. More is ₹299 + GST per 10 GB per month, added when you ask. If you reach your allowance, new uploads stop until there is room; nothing already stored is deleted, hidden or locked, and downloads always work.

Do my clients get logins?

Yes — the Client centre is included on every plan at no extra cost. Your clients log in to see what is filed, what is coming up, download acknowledgements, and upload the documents you have requested. Client, employee and team logins are all uncounted — nothing here is per seat.

How do you bill?

Monthly, by bank transfer or UPI, plus GST. One flat fee for the whole firm, set by your client count — never per seat. Up to 25 clients it’s ₹0 and nothing is ever charged. Your Billing page always shows your band, with every band's fee one click away, so the first charge is never a surprise.
