Update vs create on re-upload
Re-uploading can modify existing records instead of duplicating them.
When you upload, choose the intent: Create new records or Update existing.
How matching works
In update mode, rows are matched to existing clients by PAN (or your client reference code). Matched rows modify the existing record; unmatched rows are reported so nothing is silently created. This is how you refresh a few hundred clients at year-start without creating duplicates.
