Roles & who sees what
Access is scoped by role, and firms are fully isolated.
Partners see everything. Managers see their scope. Staff see only their own assigned tasks and the clients those belong to — never firm-wide data, other staff’s workload, or client commercial details. Clients and employees see only their own data.
Every firm is a fully isolated tenant: no firm can ever see another firm’s data, enforced at the data layer.
