Tax documents are among the most sensitive files you own. Here is exactly how we treat them.
Encryption everywhere
256-bit encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Documents are stored in isolated, access-logged storage. Your data never leaves secure servers without your consent.
DPDP-aligned consent
We process your documents solely to prepare your return, with your explicit consent at signup. Your documents are handled only by your assigned Chartered Accountant, on India-region servers. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Deletion on request
After filing, documents are retained for the statutory period unless you request deletion earlier. One tap in Profile → "Delete my data" starts the process; we confirm within 72 hours.
Who sees my data?
Only the CA assigned to your case — each access is logged. No one on the marketing, sales, or engineering side can open your documents. We never sell or share data with third parties.
