How recurring tasks are generated
Tag a client’s compliances once; the tasks appear every period.
When a client is tagged with applicable compliances, ReturnDone automatically creates a task instance for each period — e.g. “GSTR-3B – June 2026 – ABC Traders” — pre-assigned to the responsible person with the correct statutory due date.
Per-GSTIN and internal dates
- Where a client has multiple GSTINs, GST tasks generate per GSTIN.
- Each task carries an internal target date ahead of the statutory date, so daily work stays buffered.
If the government moves a due date, a partner edits the rule on that template and the next generated period follows it — periods already open keep their dates and their trail.
