Submitting work & the review loop
Staff submit; partners approve or send back with a comment.
Staff can’t mark their own work Completed — they submit it for review. A partner (or a manager within scope) approves it to Completed or returns it as Rework with a comment.
Why the comment matters
Rework comments stay in the task history, so the same mistake stops repeating. Every status change, comment and file attachment is part of an append-only trail — nothing is ever deletable, only appendable. Filed returns, challans and acknowledgements attach as proof of completion.
