Storage: what is included and what counts
Each band includes storage for your firm’s documents.
Every band includes an amount of storage for the documents your firm keeps. The figure for each band, and the price of more, are on the Pricing page. Your Billing screen shows what your firm has used.
What counts
Files your team adds to clients and tasks, documents your clients send you through their portal or an upload link, employee documents such as Form 16, and attachments in your firm’s chats and client support requests. The size is the size of the file as it was uploaded.
When the allowance is reached
New uploads are refused until there is room — for your team, and for clients and employees sending you documents, who are asked to let you know. Nothing already stored is deleted, hidden or locked, and downloads keep working. Everyone with Billing access is told before that point and again when it is reached.
Getting more
On Billing, under Storage, choose how much and press Request more storage. The ReturnDone team adds it, and it appears on your monthly invoice.
